1. D’Nisha’s Grand Party and the Special Macaroni

The house of D’Nisha was decorated with lights and filled with laughter, serving as the center of a grand party tonight. D’Nisha was an excellent host, and she had invited all her special friends to her place for the evening.

From the home decor to the choice of music, D’Nisha’s refined taste was evident in everything. But the real soul of the party was the special dish she had lovingly prepared, keeping in mind the preferences of her best friends, Wayne and Lauren—her homemade, piping hot, and delicious macaroni.

As soon as the food was served on the dining table, Wayne and Lauren’s eyes went straight to the macaroni D’Nisha had made. Without any delay, both of them served macaroni onto their plates, and upon taking the very first bite, their faces lit up with joy.

Lauren couldn’t hold back her feelings either and immediately added, “Absolutely, Wayne! D’Nisha truly has magic in her hands. Combining such great ingredients to create a taste like this is something only she can pull off.”

D’Nisha smiled upon hearing their compliments, making the atmosphere of the party even more pleasant. Everyone was praising D’Nisha’s cooking, and happiness filled the air.

2. Amber’s Macaroni Is Completely Ignored

However, amid this genuine praise and joyful environment, there was one person whose face reflected quiet rivalry and displeasure—Amber.

Amber had also brought macaroni that she had personally cooked for this party. She thought her macaroni would be so well-liked that people would forget about D’Nisha’s dish.

But reality turned out to be quite the opposite. When a few people tasted the macaroni Amber brought, the flavor was neither balanced nor did it have the special touch that D’Nisha’s dish possessed.

As a result, Amber’s tray of macaroni remained untouched on the dining table, and no one went back for a second helping.

Amber was burning with envy from within. She felt deeply embarrassed and angry at the neglect of her dish, though she maintained an artificial smile on her face.

3. Lauren Takes Amber’s Tray to the Kitchen

After a while, when most of the guests were busy chatting, Amber approached Lauren. Pointing toward her tray with a strange plea, she said, “Lauren! You ate D’Nisha’s macaroni with such relish; why don’t you taste the macaroni I made and tell me how it is?”

Lauren looked at Amber’s tray. Judging by the color and aroma of the macaroni, it was clear that it was completely tasteless.

Lauren didn’t want to break Amber’s heart by criticizing it to her face, nor did she want to eat it with aversion. She quickly devised a plan in her mind to get out of this awkward situation.

Saying this, Lauren picked up the entire tray of Amber’s macaroni and walked toward the kitchen. Amber thought Lauren was truly valuing her dish and felt happy deep down.

However, as soon as Lauren entered the kitchen, what she did went far beyond Amber’s expectations. Lauren didn’t even bother to taste the macaroni with a spoon.

She quietly opened the back door of the kitchen, which opened out into the alley and toward the dustbin. She looked around to see if anyone was watching, and then quietly lifted the entire tray of macaroni and dumped it into the large basket outside.

4. The Window Reveals Lauren’s Secret

Lauren was completely unaware that on the back wall of the kitchen was a large glass window that was clearly visible from a corner of the drawing room.

D’Nisha, Wayne, and Amber herself happened to be standing near that window, talking about something, when D’Nisha’s eyes suddenly caught what was happening outside.

She saw Lauren coming out of the kitchen’s back exit, holding the tray of macaroni Amber had brought.

Following D’Nisha’s gaze, Wayne and Amber also looked outside. Everyone’s eyes remained wide open in shock as they watched Lauren, without any hesitation, throw all of Amber’s homemade macaroni into the basket and return to the kitchen with the empty tray.

A complete silence fell over the drawing room for a minute. Amber’s face flushed red with anger and humiliation. This disrespect and waste of her dish had completely shattered her pride.

Wayne put his hand on his head, while D’Nisha took a deep breath.

5. The Truth Comes Out and Everyone Learns a Lesson

When Lauren washed the empty tray and walked back into the hall, she noticed everyone staring at her and a strange seriousness in the air.

D’Nisha stepped forward and said with mild seriousness, “Lauren… we all saw through the window what you did with Amber’s macaroni.”

Lauren turned pale. She had never imagined in her wildest dreams that her secret disposal plan would be exposed in front of everyone like this.

She hung her head in embarrassment and looked at Amber, who was trembling with anger.

Lauren admitted that she should have respected Amber’s effort and talked to her privately instead of wasting the food.

D’Nisha stepped in to handle the situation. She explained to Amber that Lauren’s intention wasn’t malicious, even though her method was wrong.
