✨ WELCOME TO THE STORY ✨

💔 Sharra Kicks Dre Out After He Chooses Business Over Her! 😡

🚪 SCENE 1: DRE ARRIVES AT SHARRA’S HOUSE

The evening is quiet. Sharra sits in her living room, thinking about everything she has been going through. She feels disappointed because Dre was nowhere to be found when she needed his support.

Suddenly, someone knocks on the door. Sharra opens it and finds Dre standing outside.

DRE:

“Hey, Sharra. Can we talk for a minute?”

SHARRA:

“What are you doing here, Dre?”

DRE:

“I came to see you. I know things haven’t been right between us, but I wanted to check on you.”

Sharra folds her arms and looks at him with disbelief.

SHARRA:

“Now you want to check on me? When I needed you, where were you? Where were you when I was dealing with all my problems?”

DRE:

“I had things going on, Sharra. I was handling business.”

SHARRA:

“And that’s supposed to make everything okay?”

💢 SCENE 2: DRE EXPLAINS HIMSELF

Dre takes a deep breath, hoping Sharra will understand his situation.

DRE:

“I wasn’t trying to abandon you. I had important business matters to take care of, and I needed to handle them.”

SHARRA:

“So your business was more important than me?”

DRE:

“That’s not what I said. I’m trying to build something for myself. I can’t drop everything whenever something happens.”

SHARRA:

“I never asked you to drop your whole life for me! I needed you to show me that I mattered. There’s a difference!”

Dre looks down, realizing that his explanation is not making things better.

SHARRA:

“I was looking for somebody who could stand beside me, somebody who would ask if I was okay. Instead, you were busy doing your own thing.”

DRE:

“I came here because I wanted to see you. Why can’t you understand that?”

SHARRA:

“Because you’re only here now that you have time! Where was this concern when I was going through everything by myself?”

😢 SCENE 3: SHARRA REACHES HER LIMIT

Sharra walks away from the door and returns with tears gathering in her eyes. She has reached the limit of what she is willing to tolerate.

SHARRA:

“I’m tired, Dre. I’m tired of explaining why your actions hurt me. I’m tired of making excuses for people who keep showing me where I stand in their lives.”

DRE:

“Sharra, don’t do this. We can work things out.”

SHARRA:

“You had your chance to show me that you cared. You could have called me. You could have checked on me. You could have made five minutes for me, but you didn’t!”

DRE:

“I was busy trying to get my business together!”

SHARRA:

“And I was busy trying to get through my problems without you!”

Her words leave Dre speechless. Sharra points toward the entrance.

DRE:

“So what are you saying? You don’t want me around anymore?”

SHARRA:

“Right now, I don’t want you here.”

🚨 SCENE 4: SHARRA KICKS DRE OUT

Sharra opens the front door wider and gestures toward the outside. Dre looks at her in disbelief.

SHARRA:

“Get out of my house, Dre. I mean it. Leave!”

DRE:

“You’re really putting me out over this?”

SHARRA:

“No! I’m putting you out because I’m tired of feeling like I have to beg you to care about me!”

Dre slowly steps outside, hoping she will change her mind.

DRE:

“You’re just going to shut the door on me?”

SHARRA:

“You shut the door on me first when I needed you!”

SHARRA:

“Go handle your business. Do whatever you need to do. But don’t come back expecting me to be waiting for you!”

SHARRA:

“When your business is finished, you can come and see me. But don’t assume I’ll still be waiting!”

Sharra closes the door. Dre stands on the porch, shocked that she has actually sent him away.

📱 SCENE 5: DRE REALIZES HIS MISTAKE

Dre walks toward his car but stops before opening the door. He takes out his phone and looks at Sharra’s name on the screen.

DRE:

“What am I supposed to do now? I was trying to build my future. I never thought she would feel like I left her behind.”

His phone rings. It is one of his business associates.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE:

“Dre, where are you? We need you at the office. There are some things we need to discuss before tomorrow.”

DRE:

“I’ll call you back.”

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE:

“What do you mean? We have a lot to finish!”

DRE:

“I said I’ll call you back. I have something important to think about right now.”

Dre ends the call and sits quietly in his car. For the first time, he questions whether his focus on business has caused him to neglect the people who matter to him.

💌 SCENE 6: SHARRA RECEIVES A MESSAGE

Inside her house, Sharra sits on the sofa. Her anger begins to fade, leaving sadness behind. She wonders why Dre could not understand her feelings earlier.

Her phone buzzes. A message from Dre appears on the screen.

DRE’S MESSAGE:

“I know you’re upset. I’m sorry I wasn’t there when you needed me. I want to make things right.”

Sharra reads the message twice. For a moment, she considers replying, but then places the phone on the table.

SHARRA:

“Words are easy. I need to see actions.”

Another message arrives.

DRE’S MESSAGE:

“Can we please talk tomorrow? I don’t want to lose you.”

Sharra looks at the screen, but she does not respond. If Dre truly wants another chance, he will have to prove that he can be there when life becomes difficult.

💼 SCENE 7: A BUSINESS CRISIS

The following morning, Dre arrives at his office, hoping to focus on work. Before he can settle in, his business associate approaches him with a worried expression.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE:

“Dre, we have a serious problem. One of our major clients is reconsidering the deal, and we need to meet with them today.”

DRE:

“What happened? I thought everything was already agreed upon.”

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE:

“They have concerns about the final terms. If we don’t handle this properly, we could lose the contract.”

DRE:

“Set up the meeting. I’ll handle it.”

Dre reviews the documents, but his thoughts keep returning to Sharra. He realizes there will always be another meeting, another client, and another problem to solve.

If he continues postponing important conversations, he may eventually have nobody left to share his success with.

✦ ✧ ✦

🤝 SCENE 8: DRE MAKES A DECISION

Later that afternoon, Dre successfully finishes the meeting. Instead of celebrating, he steps outside and calls Sharra.

SHARRA:

“What do you want, Dre?”

DRE:

“I’m not calling to argue. I’ve been thinking about what you said.”

SHARRA:

“And?”

DRE:

“You were right about one thing. I was so focused on my business that I didn’t pay enough attention to what you were going through.”

Sharra remains silent, listening carefully.

DRE:

“I thought that as long as I was working toward a better future, everything else could wait. But you needed me in the present. I can’t keep telling you that I care if my actions make you feel alone.”

SHARRA:

“I’ve heard apologies before, Dre.”

DRE:

“I know. I’m not asking you to forget what happened. I’m asking for a chance to show you that I can do better.”

SHARRA:

“I need time. I’m not going to make a decision just because you said the right things today.”

DRE:

“That’s fair. Take the time you need.”

💔 SCENE 9: WILL SHARRA GIVE DRE ANOTHER CHANCE?

That evening, Sharra sits quietly in her living room, thinking about Dre’s apology. She is still hurt and is not ready to welcome him back as though nothing happened.

Meanwhile, Dre returns home and begins changing his schedule. He understands that rebuilding trust will take more than one phone call.

DRE’S MESSAGE:

“I won’t pressure you to forgive me. I’ll let my actions speak for me.”

Sharra reads the message and puts her phone down.

SHARRA:

“We’ll see, Dre. We’ll see.”

She turns off the living room light, leaving their future uncertain. Dre has another chance to prove himself, but Sharra has made one thing clear: she will no longer sacrifice her peace just to keep somebody in her life.
