Lauren thought she was walking into Wayne’s house for another normal conversation.

The door slowly closes.
Lauren sits in Dan’s car, crying.

Back inside the house, Wayne walks slowly back into the living room.
He picks up his phone.
There is a message waiting.

Wayne locks the phone.
He looks toward the closed door.
