Anthony Makes a Secret Move

Anthony had been thinking about Dave and Amber’s business situation for days. He knew Amber was determined to get her 30% share, but Anthony had no intention of making things easy for her. He believed he had found a way to put pressure on Dave and possibly change the entire situation.

Anthony Calls Omni

Anthony picked up his phone and called Omni. As soon as she answered, Anthony got straight to the point.

“Omni, I need Dave’s business file. Give it to me. The time has come for me to fulfill the promise I made to Wayne.”

Omni immediately realized that Anthony was not asking for the file for an ordinary reason. The documents contained important information about Dave’s business, including details that could potentially create serious problems if they were used against him.

Anthony closed the folder and smiled.

“Amber is going to find out what happens when she messes with me,” he said to himself.

However, Anthony did not realize that Amber was already determined to protect her own interests. She was not someone who would simply walk away because another person tried to pressure her.

Anthony believed he had everything under control. But the biggest question remained: What would happen if Dave discovered that Anthony had access to his private business information?

Anthony Promises to Help Omni

After securing the file, Anthony turned his attention back to Omni.

“I’ll also talk to Wayne about you,” Anthony told her. “If everything works out, Wayne may be able to give you a position at his podcast office.”

Omni was surprised and grateful. She thanked Anthony for offering to help her. For Anthony, however, this was more than simply helping Omni. He was also strengthening his connections and making sure that everyone around him had a reason to stay loyal.

Omni had no idea how far Anthony intended to take his plan with Dave’s business file.
