A Podcast Full of Flirting, Jealousy and a Shocking Secret
🎙️ Scene 1: A New Queen Arrives at the Podcast
The podcast studio was buzzing with excitement as Wayne prepared to introduce a special guest. Cameras were rolling, the lights were shining, and everyone was ready for another entertaining episode. Dave sat comfortably in his chair while Amber sat a few seats away from him.
Amber expected the episode to be about business, relationships, and funny stories. She had no idea Wayne had planned something that would test her relationship with Dave.
Wayne: “Everybody, get ready! Today, we have somebody special joining us. She’s beautiful, confident, and ready to bring some new energy to this podcast!”
Wayne: “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome the new queen of the podcast, L’Oréal!”
The studio door opened, and L’Oréal walked inside with a bright smile. Wayne welcomed her before introducing her to the rest of the crew.
L’Oréal: “Thank you, Wayne! I’m excited to be here. I’ve heard so much about this podcast.”
Wayne: “Trust me, you’re going to have a great time. We have some interesting people here today.”
Wayne: “Actually, L’Oréal, I saved you a special seat. Why don’t you sit right next to Dave?”
Dave raised his eyebrows in surprise. Amber immediately turned toward Wayne, wondering why he was making such a big deal about where L’Oréal would sit.
Amber: “Wayne, there are plenty of empty seats in this room. Why does she have to sit right next to Dave?”
Wayne: “What’s wrong with that? Dave is a gentleman. He knows how to make our guests feel welcome.”
L’Oréal laughed softly and walked toward Dave.
L’Oréal: “Well, if Wayne insists, who am I to argue?”
She sat beside Dave, leaving Amber farther away on the other side of the studio. Amber crossed her arms and watched them carefully. Something about Wayne’s smile made her suspicious.
😍 Scene 2: L’Oréal Compliments Dave
As the cameras continued recording, Wayne began the episode with his usual jokes. He asked L’Oréal about her career and her first impressions of the podcast. She answered confidently, but every few moments, she turned toward Dave.
Finally, she leaned slightly in his direction and smiled.
L’Oréal: “Wow, Dave, you’re even more handsome in real life than you are on camera!”
Dave: “And your smile could steal anyone’s heart!”
The crew immediately reacted with loud laughter and surprised expressions. Wayne slapped the table.
Wayne: “Hold on! We just started recording, and we already have compliments flying across the studio!”
L’Oréal: “What can I say? I believe in giving credit where credit is due.”
Dave: “And I appreciate honest compliments.”
Amber’s smile disappeared. She looked from L’Oréal to Dave, waiting for him to realize that his response might have crossed a line. Instead, Dave continued smiling as if nothing unusual had happened.
Amber: “Interesting. I didn’t know this episode was about rating everybody’s appearance.”
Wayne: “Amber, relax! We’re just having fun. Nobody is getting married on this podcast.”
Amber: “I’m relaxed, Wayne. I’m just watching.”
Her words sounded calm, but her expression told a different story. L’Oréal noticed Amber’s reaction and turned toward Dave again.
L’Oréal: “So, Dave, do you always make women feel this special, or am I getting VIP treatment today?”
Dave: “Maybe you’re just a very interesting guest.”
Wayne nearly jumped out of his chair.
Wayne: “Did everybody hear that? This man has officially started flirting!”
The studio erupted in laughter. Amber didn’t laugh. She looked directly at Wayne and shook her head.
Amber: “Wayne, are you running a podcast or a dating show?”
Wayne: “Why can’t we do both? We can discuss relationships and create relationships at the same time!”
Everyone laughed again, except Amber. She had a feeling that this conversation was moving somewhere she wouldn’t like.
💘 Scene 3: The Question That Changes Everything
L’Oréal crossed her legs and looked thoughtfully at Dave.
L’Oréal: “Let me ask you something, Dave. I hope you don’t mind.”
Dave: “Go ahead.”
L’Oréal: “If you were single, would you take me on a date?”
The entire studio suddenly became quieter. Even Wayne stopped joking for a moment.
Dave looked at L’Oréal, then glanced briefly toward Amber. He knew that the question was dangerous, but instead of ending the conversation, he smiled.
Dave: “I might never turn down an offer to have dinner with you!”
Wayne immediately covered his mouth in exaggerated shock.
Wayne: “Oh, my goodness! Somebody get me a commercial break!”
L’Oréal: “Really? Then perhaps we should discuss that dinner sometime.”
Dave: “Well, we can always talk.”
That was the last straw for Amber. She pushed her chair back and stood up.
Amber: “Excuse me! Dave is my boyfriend, and I won’t tolerate this flirting right in front of me!”
The laughter stopped immediately. Wayne looked between Amber and Dave, realizing that the playful atmosphere had turned serious.
L’Oréal: “Amber, I’m not trying to steal your boyfriend. I was asking a question.”
Amber: “A question? You asked my boyfriend whether he would date you, and he practically invited you to dinner!”
L’Oréal: “But I specifically said, ‘If you were single.’ I didn’t tell him to leave you.”
Amber turned toward Dave.
Amber: “And you? You couldn’t simply say that you’re happy in your relationship?”
Dave: “Amber, you’re making this bigger than it needs to be.”
Amber: “Bigger than it needs to be? You flirt with another woman in front of me, and now I’m the problem?”
Dave: “I wasn’t seriously asking her out. We were joking around.”
Amber: “Then why didn’t you stop when she asked you that question?”
Dave opened his mouth, but no immediate answer came. Wayne slowly lowered his microphone, realizing his jokes had helped create a situation that nobody could easily laugh away.
💔 Scene 4: Amber Refuses to Hear Dave’s Explanation
Dave stood up and approached Amber.
Dave: “Baby, listen to me. You know I care about you. Nothing happened here.”
Amber: “Don’t call me baby right now. You embarrassed me in front of everybody.”
Dave: “I didn’t mean to embarrass you.”
Amber: “Then you should have thought about that before entertaining her questions!”
Dave tried to hold her hand, but Amber stepped away.
Amber: “I don’t want your explanation!”
The studio fell silent. L’Oréal watched them with a serious expression. She had expected playful teasing, but she had not anticipated that Amber would become this upset.
Wayne: “Okay, everybody, let’s take a breath. This is supposed to be a podcast, not a courtroom.”
Amber: “You started this when you told her to sit next to Dave. You kept encouraging them to flirt, and now you want everybody to calm down?”
Wayne: “I thought it was harmless entertainment.”
Amber: “Well, it isn’t entertaining to me!”
Wayne nodded slowly.
Wayne: “You’re right about one thing. I shouldn’t have kept pushing the joke after I saw you were uncomfortable.”
Dave: “Wayne wasn’t forcing me to say anything. I can speak for myself.”
Amber: “Exactly! You can speak for yourself, and you chose to tell another woman that you might go to dinner with her.”
L’Oréal shifted in her seat.
L’Oréal: “Amber, I understand why you’re upset. But I didn’t come here expecting your relationship to become part of this conversation.”
Amber: “You knew he had a girlfriend, didn’t you?”
L’Oréal: “I knew you two were together. I thought we were joking.”
Amber: “Well, I wasn’t laughing.”
For a moment, nobody spoke. Then L’Oréal took a slow breath and looked at Dave.
L’Oréal: “Maybe there’s something else Amber should know.”
Dave: “What are you talking about?”
L’Oréal reached for her phone. Amber noticed the movement and turned toward her.
Amber: “What else is there?”
L’Oréal: “Something that happened before I even walked into this studio.”
📱 Scene 5: L’Oréal Reveals the Secret Messages
Wayne leaned forward, sensing that the situation had taken a completely unexpected turn.
Wayne: “Wait a minute. What happened before the podcast?”
L’Oréal: “Amber, Dave messaged me before the podcast, too!”
Amber looked stunned. She turned toward Dave, waiting for him to deny it.
Amber: “You messaged her before the podcast?”
Dave: “I wasn’t trying to hide anything from you.”
Amber: “Then why didn’t you tell me?”
Dave: “Because it wasn’t important.”
L’Oréal let out a quiet, disbelieving laugh.
L’Oréal: “If it wasn’t important, why are you so worried about me showing her?”
Dave: “I’m not worried. I’m just saying that a private conversation should remain private.”
Wayne: “Dave, that answer isn’t helping you.”
Dave glared at Wayne.
Dave: “Can you please stop commenting on my relationship?”
Wayne: “Fair enough. But you have to admit that the timing is suspicious.”
Amber’s eyes filled with frustration.
Amber: “I trusted you. I sat here thinking you were just being friendly, and now I’m finding out that you were already talking to her before she arrived.”
Dave: “Amber, please don’t jump to conclusions.”
Amber: “Then give me a reason not to!”
Dave hesitated. L’Oréal looked at the phone in her hand, then back at Amber.
