BETHANY EXPOSES JADE AS A CALL GIRL — LARRY CONFRONTS PURNELL FOR HIDING THE TRUTH!

Larry had always trusted Purnell, but that trust was about to be destroyed by a shocking accusation. Bethany had discovered something disturbing about Jade, and instead of keeping it to herself, she decided Larry needed to know everything. What she told him would turn two friends against each other in a matter of minutes.

Bethany stood in the living room, holding her phone and staring at Larry. He was sitting on the couch when she walked toward him with a serious expression.

BETHANY: “Larry, we need to talk about Jade. I found out something about her, and I don’t think you know the truth.”

Larry looked up, confused by the sudden seriousness in her voice.

LARRY: “What are you talking about? What happened with Jade?”

Bethany took a deep breath before revealing what she had discovered.

BETHANY: “Larry, Jade is a call girl. Do you understand what I’m telling you? She’s not the woman you thought she was. And I have another question for you. Did you sleep with her?”

Larry immediately stood up.

LARRY: “Bethany, where is this coming from? Why would you even ask me something like that?”

BETHANY: “Because I know what happened! And I believe Purnell knew exactly who Jade was when he brought her around you. He should have told you the truth!”

Larry’s expression changed. He couldn’t believe Purnell would knowingly put him in such an uncomfortable situation.

LARRY: “Wait a minute. Are you telling me Purnell knew about Jade and never said anything to me?”

BETHANY: “That’s exactly what I’m saying. He knew, Larry! You trusted him, and he didn’t give you the information you deserved to know.”

Larry picked up his phone and immediately called Purnell. Bethany watched quietly as he waited for his friend to answer.

PURNELL: “What’s going on, Larry?”

LARRY: “Where are you? I need to talk to you right now.”

PURNELL: “Why do you sound so angry? What’s the problem?”

LARRY: “Don’t worry about how I sound. I want to know why you brought Jade around me without telling me the truth about her.”

There was a brief silence on the other end.

PURNELL: “Larry, what are you talking about?”

LARRY: “Don’t play innocent with me! Bethany just told me everything. She said Jade is a call girl, and you knew about it. Why didn’t you tell me?”

Purnell immediately became defensive.

PURNELL: “Hold on! Before you start accusing me, you need to understand something. I didn’t force you to do anything with Jade. You need to stop putting everything on me.”

Larry’s anger grew.

LARRY: “That’s not the point! You were supposed to be my friend. If you knew something important about that woman, you should have told me!”

PURNELL: “And how do you know everything Bethany is telling you is true? Did you even ask me what happened?”

LARRY: “So now you’re calling Bethany a liar?”

PURNELL: “I’m saying you should get the facts before coming at me like this!”

Larry ended the call and turned toward Bethany.

LARRY: “I’m not letting this go. I’m going to see Purnell, and he’s going to explain exactly what happened.”

Bethany knew her words had affected Larry. She had expected him to be upset, but she hadn’t expected him to confront Purnell so quickly.

BETHANY: “Larry, don’t let him change the subject. He needs to take responsibility for what he did. You trusted him!”

Larry grabbed his keys and walked toward the door.

LARRY: “I’m going to get the truth out of him, one way or another.”

A short time later, Larry arrived at Purnell’s house. Purnell opened the door and immediately noticed the anger on his friend’s face.

PURNELL: “Larry, what’s wrong with you? Why are you showing up at my house acting like this?”

LARRY: “You know exactly why I’m here. We need to settle something right now.”

Purnell stepped aside, allowing Larry to enter. But before he could say another word, Larry pointed directly at him.

LARRY: “You knew Jade was a call girl, didn’t you? You knew who she was, and you still brought her around me!”

Purnell shook his head in frustration.

PURNELL: “Larry, I cannot believe you’re standing in my house accusing me of something you haven’t even confirmed. What exactly did Bethany tell you?”

LARRY: “She told me everything! She told me you knew about Jade, and you never warned me. You allowed me to get involved in something without knowing the truth.”

PURNELL: “First of all, don’t come into my house and talk to me like I’m some stranger. Second, I didn’t tell you to get involved with Jade!”

Larry stepped closer, his voice becoming louder.

LARRY: “You should have told me! That’s what friends do! You knew I trusted you, and you kept your mouth shut!”

Purnell raised his voice too.

PURNELL: “And what about you, Larry? Why are you accepting everything Bethany says without even giving me a chance to explain? You’re ready to destroy our friendship because of something you heard!”

Larry clenched his fists but stopped himself from moving any closer.

LARRY: “Don’t you dare bring Bethany into this. I’m asking you a simple question. Did you know about Jade or not?”

Purnell looked directly into Larry’s eyes.

PURNELL: “Yes, I knew Jade had a past. But that doesn’t mean I was responsible for your decisions. I never promised you anything about her.”

Larry looked stunned by the answer.

LARRY: “So you admit you knew? That’s all I needed to hear!”

PURNELL: “No, Larry! You haven’t heard the whole story!”

Purnell tried to explain, but Larry refused to listen. Their argument became louder, and the tension between them continued to grow.

Meanwhile, Bethany was sitting at home, waiting for Larry to return. She called him several times, but he didn’t answer.

Then her phone suddenly rang.

It was Purnell.

BETHANY: “What do you want, Purnell?”

PURNELL: “I want to know why you’re telling Larry things about Jade and making him believe I deliberately set him up. You know there’s more to this situation than what you’re telling him.”

BETHANY: “I’m telling Larry what he deserves to know. You should have been honest with him from the beginning.”

PURNELL: “Bethany, you have no idea how much damage you’re causing. Larry came to my house accusing me of things, and now he won’t even let me explain.”

BETHANY: “Maybe you should have thought about that before hiding the truth.”

Purnell ended the call, frustrated.

Back at his house, Larry was standing near the front door, preparing to leave.

LARRY: “I’m done talking to you, Purnell. I thought you were my friend, but now I don’t know what to believe.”

PURNELL: “You’re making a huge mistake, Larry. One day, you’re going to realize that you listened to the wrong person.”

Larry turned around.

LARRY: “Are you threatening me?”

PURNELL: “No. I’m warning you not to judge me before you hear the entire story.”

Larry walked out without another word.

But just as he reached his car, Purnell came outside holding his phone.

PURNELL: “Larry! Wait!”

Larry turned around angrily.

LARRY: “What now?”

Purnell looked at him and said something that made Larry stop in his tracks.

PURNELL: “If you really want to know the truth about Jade, call her yourself. Ask her what happened that night. Because there’s something Bethany hasn’t told you.”

Larry stared at Purnell, suddenly uncertain about everything he had heard.

LARRY: “What are you saying? What does Bethany know?”

Purnell unlocked his phone and began searching through his messages.

PURNELL: “I’m going to show you something. But once you see it, you might have a completely different problem with Bethany.”

Larry slowly walked back toward him.

LARRY: “Show me. Right now.”

Purnell turned his phone toward Larry, but before Larry could read the message on the screen, his phone started ringing.

It was Bethany.

Larry looked at Purnell, then at the incoming call. For the first time, he wondered whether the person he needed answers from wasn’t Purnell at all, but his own wife.
