Destiny and Brooke arrive at Mariah’s house after learning that Mariah and Isaiah spent the night together at a hotel. Their anger leads to a heated confrontation that turns physical. Mariah is left hurt and shaken, while Destiny and Brooke begin to face the consequences of their actions. The truth about the hotel remains unresolved.

Scene 1: Outside Mariah’s House — Late Afternoon

Destiny and Brooke walk toward Mariah’s house. Both are upset and determined to confront her.

BROOKE:
Are you sure this is where Mariah lives?

DESTINY:
Yes. I know exactly where she lives. And today, she’s going to explain everything.

BROOKE:
I still can’t believe she spent the night at a hotel with Isaiah.

DESTINY:
That’s what I want to hear from her own mouth. I want to know why she thought she could keep this a secret.

They reach the front door. Destiny knocks loudly.

Scene 2: Mariah’s Front Door — Continuous

Mariah hears the knocking and opens the door. She is surprised to see Destiny and Brooke standing outside.

DESTINY:
So, you finally decided to show your face.

MARIAH:
Destiny? Brooke? What are you both doing here?

BROOKE:
We came to ask you something.

MARIAH:
What is going on? Why are you acting like this?

Destiny grabs Mariah by the collar and forcefully shoves her away from the doorway. Mariah stumbles backward.

MARIAH:
Destiny! What are you doing?

DESTINY:
Don’t act innocent with me!

BROOKE:
We know about you and Isaiah.

MARIAH:
What about me and Isaiah?

BROOKE:
You both spent the night together at a hotel. Didn’t you?

MARIAH:
Who told you that?

BROOKE:
That’s not what we’re asking. We’re asking whether it’s true.

Scene 3: The Confrontation — Continued

Mariah tries to explain, but Destiny and Brooke are too angry to listen calmly.

MARIAH:
You can’t just come to my house and accuse me of something without letting me explain.

DESTINY:
Then explain it!

MARIAH:
Isaiah and I went to the hotel. But you don’t know the whole story.

BROOKE:
You went there together and stayed overnight. What else are we supposed to think?

MARIAH:
You don’t know what happened between us.

DESTINY:
Then tell us!

MARIAH:
I don’t owe you an explanation while you’re shouting at me.

DESTINY:
You think you can disrespect everyone and walk away?

MARIAH:
I never said that!

BROOKE:
She’s avoiding the question.

MARIAH:
No, I’m asking you to stop treating me like I’m guilty before you’ve even heard me.

Destiny pushes Mariah. Mariah loses her balance and falls. The confrontation becomes chaotic as Destiny and Brooke attack her. Mariah tries to protect herself and get away.

MARIAH:
Stop! Please!

BROOKE:
You should have thought about that before you went to the hotel with Isaiah!

DESTINY:
You owe us the truth!

A neighbor hears the commotion and opens their front door.

NEIGHBOR:
Hey! What’s happening over there?

Mariah tries to move away from the confrontation.

Scene 4: Outside Mariah’s House — Moments Later

Mariah sits near the front steps, shaken and visibly hurt. The neighbor approaches cautiously.

MARIAH:
I can’t believe you both came here and did this to me.

BROOKE:
Mariah, you should have told us about Isaiah.

MARIAH:
You could have asked me. You didn’t have to attack me!

DESTINY:
We wanted answers.

MARIAH:
And you thought hurting me would make me tell you everything?

NEIGHBOR:
Mariah, are you okay? Do you need help?

MARIAH:
Please, can you call someone? I need help.

The neighbor takes out a phone. Destiny looks unsettled.

DESTINY:
Brooke, we should go.

BROOKE:
Wait. She’s hurt.

DESTINY:
I said we should go!

BROOKE:
Mariah, we didn’t come here expecting things to get this bad.

MARIAH:
But you let them get this bad.

Scene 5: Inside Mariah’s House — Later

Mariah is inside, receiving assistance from someone she trusts. Her phone lights up with a message from Isaiah.

ISAIAH (TEXT MESSAGE):
Mariah, where are you? I’ve been trying to reach you. Is everything okay?

Mariah begins typing, then pauses before sending a reply.

MARIAH (TEXT MESSAGE):
Destiny and Brooke came to my house. They found out about the hotel. Things got out of control. I’m not okay.

Her phone rings. She answers.

ISAIAH (PHONE):
Mariah? What happened? Are you safe?

MARIAH:
I’m getting help. They came here accusing me of everything.

ISAIAH:
I’m coming over.

MARIAH:
Isaiah, please. I need a moment. I can’t deal with another confrontation right now.

ISAIAH:
Okay. I won’t pressure you. Just let me know when you need me.

Scene 6: Neighborhood Street — Evening

Destiny and Brooke walk away from Mariah’s house. Neither speaks for several moments.

BROOKE:
Do you think we went too far?

DESTINY:
She should have told us about Isaiah.

BROOKE:
That doesn’t mean we had to hurt her.

Destiny stops walking.

DESTINY:
I was angry.

BROOKE:
We were both angry. But now she’s hurt, and we still don’t know the whole story.

DESTINY:
I don’t know what happens now.

BROOKE:
Neither do I.

They continue down the street, leaving the confrontation behind.

Scene 7: Mariah’s House — Night

Mariah sits alone in the living room. Her phone rests beside her. A quiet knock comes from the front door.

ISAIAH (O.S.):
Mariah? It’s me. I’m here, but you don’t have to open the door if you don’t want to.

Mariah slowly rises and walks toward the entrance. She opens the door. Isaiah stands outside, worried.

ISAIAH:
Are you okay?

MARIAH:
No. I’m not.

ISAIAH:
I’m sorry this happened.

MARIAH:
I don’t know how I’m supposed to face them again.

ISAIAH:
You don’t have to decide that tonight. Your safety matters first.

Mariah nods. They stand quietly in the doorway. The truth about the hotel remains unresolved.
