WAYNE & HONEY POT
The Final Goodbye
INT. WAYNE’S BUSINESS OFFICE – LATE AFTERNOON
Golden sunlight pours through the tall windows, casting long shadows across the polished floor. The office is unusually quiet. The laughter and conversations that once filled the room have disappeared. Only the faint ticking of a wall clock echoes through the silence. A thick envelope rests on Wayne’s desk. Inside is the final payment Honey Pot has earned for the work she completed. Wayne stands beside the desk with a calm but distant expression.
Just give me my money.
I don’t want to work with you anymore.
Once you pay me, I’ll leave.
After today…
There will be no need for you to contact me again.
I will never rejoin your group.
Everything is there.
Memories
Honey Pot pauses as countless memories flood her mind. Every meeting. Every project. Every late night. Every disagreement. Every success they once celebrated together. She realizes that the place she once called home no longer feels the same.
I never imagined things would end like this.
Neither did I. But sometimes people outgrow places. And sometimes they simply stop belonging.
If I ever made you feel unappreciated… I’m sorry.
Some apologies come too late.
The Final Goodbye
Honey Pot looks around the office one last time. The awards. The conference room. The recording studio. Every corner carries memories. She quietly thanks Wayne for the opportunities. Wayne admits she helped build more than she realizes. Honey Pot simply replies… “I’m choosing myself.”
A New Beginning
Honey Pot walks away without looking back. Wayne watches silently through the office window. As she disappears into the crowd… he closes the blinds. The office grows darker. He realizes some chapters are never meant to be reopened. Meanwhile… Honey Pot steps into an uncertain future— free from the past, ready to build a life on her own terms.
