INT. ANTHONY’S HOUSE – LATE AFTERNOON
Golden sunlight streams through the living room windows. The peaceful atmosphere is interrupted by the sound of a luxury SUV pulling into the driveway. Anthony recognizes Wayne immediately and welcomes him inside.
WAYNE
Anthony… I came here because I want to ask you something important.
ANTHONY
Go ahead. What’s on your mind?
WAYNE
I’m expanding my podcast. I believe D’Nisha has everything I’m looking for. Would you allow her to join my team?
ANTHONY
If D’Nisha wants the opportunity, she has my full support. I trust her completely.
INT. ANTHONY’S HOUSE – EVENING
Anthony shares Wayne’s offer with D’Nisha. She becomes excited after hearing she has been selected for the podcast.
D’NISHA
Me? Seriously?
ANTHONY
Yes. The decision is yours.
D’NISHA
I’ve always wanted to try something different. This is a wonderful opportunity.
WAYNE’S PODCAST STUDIO
The studio is alive with producers, editors, cameras, microphones and busy conversations. Wayne watches D’Nisha enter with confidence.
Wayne (Thinking): She’s even more impressive than I remembered… Beautiful… Confident… Maybe she’s perfect beside me.
WAYNE
Welcome. I’m glad you came.
D’NISHA
Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
THE UNEXPECTED MOMENT
While walking through the hallway together, Wayne suddenly allows his emotions to take over.
Wayne gently reaches forward and holds D’Nisha’s hand.
WAYNE
There’s something about you… I can’t stop thinking about you.
D’Nisha stands frozen in complete surprise.
SHAYLA ARRIVES
Before either of them can speak another word, Shayla suddenly appears in the hallway.
SHAYLA
Wayne?!
Papers fall onto the floor. Employees begin whispering. The hallway becomes silent as everyone watches the shocking moment unfold.
