KICKED OUT OF THE HOUSE — CAM & BROOKE’S SECRET EXPOSED

The front door suddenly flew open.
Brooke stood there holding a bag of clothes, tears running down her face. Cam stood beside her, completely shocked. Behind them, Cam’s mother and father were furious.
CAM’S MOTHER
“You brought a girl into our house without even asking us?”
Brooke looked down, embarrassed.
BROOKE
“I’m sorry. I didn’t know this would happen.”
Cam stepped forward, trying to protect her.
CAM
“Mom, Dad, please! Brooke has nowhere to go. I was just trying to help her.”
His father pointed toward the driveway.
CAM’S FATHER
“Then you should have thought about that before bringing her here!”
And what none of them knew was that Larry still had absolutely no idea where Brooke was.
SCENE 1 — CAM’S HOUSE
It was late in the evening.
The house was quiet, but the tension inside was getting worse by the second.
Brooke stood near the living room couch with a small suitcase and a bag filled with clothes. Cam stayed beside her, nervous and protective.
CAM’S MOTHER
“I cannot believe you did this, Cam.”
CAM
“Mom, I know I should have asked first, but Brooke needed somewhere safe to stay.”
His mother stopped and stared at Brooke.
CAM’S MOTHER
“And did Larry give you permission to bring her here?”
Brooke hesitated.
BROOKE
“No…”
Cam immediately interrupted.
CAM
“I was going to tell him.”
His father laughed bitterly.
CAM’S FATHER
“You were going to tell him? When? After everybody found out?”
Cam looked frustrated.
CAM
“I didn’t think it was going to become a big problem.”
CAM’S FATHER
“You brought somebody into this house without telling your parents. You knew exactly what you were doing.”
Brooke wiped her tears.
BROOKE
“I’m sorry. This is my fault.”
Cam turned toward her.
CAM
“No, Brooke. Don’t blame yourself. I brought you here.”
CAM’S MOTHER: “Both of you need to leave.”
SCENE 2 — THE ARGUMENT
Cam stepped between Brooke and his parents.
CAM
“Mom, where are we supposed to go?”
His father crossed his arms.
CAM’S FATHER
“That is something you should have thought about before making decisions like an adult.”
CAM
“She needs somewhere to stay!”
CAM’S FATHER
“And that does not mean you can turn our house into a place where people come and go without permission.”
Brooke quietly picked up her suitcase.
BROOKE
“Cam, maybe we should just go.”
Cam looked at her.
CAM
“Brooke, wait.”
BROOKE
“They’re angry because of me. I don’t want to make this worse.”
Cam’s mother stepped closer.
CAM’S MOTHER
“You should have told Larry where you were.”
BROOKE
“I know.”
Cam’s father pointed toward the door again.
CAM’S FATHER
“Get your things.”
Cam took a deep breath.
CAM
“Fine.”
SCENE 3 — OUTSIDE THE HOUSE
The front door opened.
Cam and Brooke stepped outside with their bags.
CAM’S MOTHER
“Cam, you need to understand something. Helping somebody doesn’t mean hiding things from everybody else.”
CAM
“I understand.”
His father came outside behind her.
CAM’S FATHER
“And Brooke, you’re not a bad person. But you cannot stay here when we weren’t even asked.”
BROOKE
“I understand. I’m sorry.”
Cam looked at the house.
CAM
“Come on. We’ll figure something out.”
Brooke nodded.
BROOKE
“Okay.”
The door slowly closed behind them.
SCENE 4 — THE WALK
Cam and Brooke walked down the driveway.
Neither of them spoke for several seconds.
BROOKE
“Cam… where are we going?”
CAM
“I don’t know yet.”
Brooke’s expression became worried.
BROOKE
“Does Larry know?”
Cam shook his head.
CAM
“No.”
BROOKE
“Cam, that’s a problem.”
CAM
“I know.”
BROOKE
“He’s going to be looking for me.”
CAM
“Then we’ll tell him.”
SCENE 5 — LARRY’S HOUSE
At the same time, Larry was completely unaware of what had happened.
He was sitting inside his house, expecting Brooke to come home.
He checked his phone.
LARRY
“Where is Brooke?”
He called Brooke.
No answer.
Larry started getting worried.
He walked around the house searching for her belongings.
Then he noticed something.
Some of Brooke’s clothes were missing.
Larry’s expression immediately changed.
LARRY
“Wait a minute…”
He looked around.
Her bag was gone too.
His phone rang.
Larry quickly answered.
LARRY
“Hello?”
There was a long pause.
Larry listened carefully.
His face slowly became serious.
LARRY
“Brooke is where?”
His eyes widened.
LARRY
“Cam’s house?”
“She’s been at Cam’s house this whole time?”
He grabbed his keys.
⚠️ SCENE 6 — THE SUSPENSE
Larry rushed outside.
His mind was racing.
He didn’t know why Brooke had gone to Cam’s house.
He didn’t know how long she had been there.
And he definitely didn’t know that Cam’s parents had already kicked them both out.
Larry got into his car.
Before starting the engine, he called Brooke again.
This time, the phone rang.
Brooke looked at Cam’s phone.
BROOKE
“Cam…”
CAM
“What?”
Brooke showed him the screen.
BROOKE
“Larry is calling.”
Cam stared at the phone.
Neither of them moved.
The phone kept ringing.
Once.
Twice.
Three times.
Finally, Brooke answered.
BROOKE
“Hello?”
Larry’s voice came through, angry and worried.
LARRY
“Brooke, where are you?”
Brooke looked at Cam.
Cam whispered.
CAM
“Tell him.”
Brooke swallowed hard.
BROOKE
“Larry… I’m with Cam.”
There was silence.
Then Larry asked the one question neither of them expected.
LARRY
“Why did Cam take you to his house without telling me?”
Brooke couldn’t answer.
Cam looked toward the road.
In the distance, headlights suddenly appeared.
Cam’s face changed.
CAM
“Brooke…”
BROOKE
“What?”
Cam stared at the approaching vehicle.
CAM
“I think Larry is already here.”
Brooke turned around.
The headlights came closer.
But just before the car stopped, Cam noticed someone else sitting in the passenger seat.
CAM
“Wait… who did Larry bring with him?”
The car came to a complete stop.
The passenger door slowly opened.
