1. Larry Waits Outside

The evening shadows were falling over the city, and the streets were slowly becoming quieter. Larry was driving toward Sharra’s apartment, excited to spend some peaceful time with her after a long and exhausting week. He was carrying a beautiful bouquet of Sharra’s favorite flowers as a surprise.

When Larry reached the second floor, he knocked on Sharra’s apartment door. There was no response.

He rang the doorbell again and waited. Five minutes passed. Then ten. Then fifteen. Larry became worried. He pulled out his phone and called Sharra, but she didn’t answer. He tried again, but there was still no response.

Then he looked past her shoulder and saw Dre standing inside the apartment with a drink in his hand. Larry instantly understood what was happening.
