2. The Friend Who Turned Their Trust Into Trouble

Hope and Faith had an old friend named Dania. Unfortunately, Dania was careless and selfish. Instead of appreciating their hard work, he was always looking for ways to take advantage of them.

One busy evening, Dania sat outside Whataburger with several friends. He called Hope and asked them to bring free burgers and fries.

Hope immediately refused. She knew that taking food without paying was stealing and went against everything she believed in.

Shortly before their night shift ended, Faith packed two large hamburgers, french fries, and side items into a bag without paying or entering the order into the system.

They quietly slipped through the back door and handed the food to Dania and his friends. Dania simply grabbed the bag and walked away.

Before Hope and Faith could even return inside, the manager, Mr. Richards, called them into his office.

His face was filled with anger. Without saying a word, he turned his laptop toward them.

The CCTV footage clearly showed Faith packing the food without paying and both sisters leaving through the back entrance to give it to their friends.

Hope and Faith immediately began crying. They begged for forgiveness and offered to pay for everything themselves.

But Mr. Richards followed the company’s strict policy. He decided not to file a police report, but he terminated both sisters effective immediately and handed them their final paychecks.
