Scene 1 — Outside the House — Day
The afternoon is bright and peaceful. A beautiful, brand-new car is parked outside the house. Its polished body reflects the sunlight, making it look expensive and impressive. Anthony stands beside the car with a proud smile. Denisha walks toward him, surprised by what she sees.
ANTHONY: This car is for you, Denisha.
Denisha stops in disbelief. She looks at Anthony, then slowly looks at the car.
DENISHA: For me?
Anthony smiles and nods.
ANTHONY: Yes. I wanted to give you something special.
Denisha walks closer to the car. She gently touches the door and looks at Anthony with a grateful expression.
DENISHA: Anthony, I don’t know what to say. Thank you so much.
Anthony smiles.
ANTHONY: You deserve it. I hope you like it.
Denisha smiles happily. But a short distance away, Amber has been watching everything. Her expression slowly changes. She watches Anthony and Denisha standing beside the car together. Amber’s face becomes tense. Her jealousy grows as she watches Anthony give Denisha such a beautiful car.
Scene 2 — Amber Watches
Amber remains standing at a distance. Her eyes stay fixed on the car. Then she looks at Anthony. Then at Denisha. Her hands slowly tighten.
AMBER: So Anthony gave Denisha a car?
She looks away for a moment, clearly upset.
AMBER: And he never did anything like this for me?
Amber takes a deep breath. Her frustration continues to build. Meanwhile, Denisha opens the car door and looks inside. She is still excited about the unexpected gift. Anthony stands beside her.
DENISHA: It’s beautiful. I really love it.
ANTHONY: I’m glad you like it.
Amber watches them from across the driveway. She becomes even more jealous. She turns around and walks away.
Scene 3 — A Few Minutes Later
Denisha is still admiring her new car. Anthony is standing nearby, talking with her. Suddenly, Amber returns. She is carrying a baseball bat. Anthony notices her immediately. His smile disappears. Denisha looks toward Amber, confused. Amber walks directly toward the car.
ANTHONY: Amber, what are you doing?
Amber doesn’t answer. She stops in front of Denisha’s car. Her eyes remain fixed on the windshield.
ANTHONY: Amber, put the bat down.
Amber raises the baseball bat. Denisha’s expression changes.
DENISHA: Amber, wait! What are you doing?
Amber swings the bat toward the car’s front windshield. The windshield cracks. Denisha jumps back in shock. Anthony immediately steps forward.
ANTHONY: Amber! Stop!
Amber remains furious. She raises the bat again.
ANTHONY: Amber, please! Don’t do this!
She swings again. The front windshield becomes badly damaged. Denisha stands frozen. She cannot believe what she is seeing.
Scene 4 — Anthony Tries to Stop Her
Anthony moves closer to Amber.
ANTHONY: Enough, Amber! Stop breaking the car!
Amber turns toward him. Her face is filled with anger and jealousy.
AMBER: You gave her a car!
Anthony looks at her, stunned.
ANTHONY: So you decided to destroy it?
Amber looks back at the damaged windshield.
AMBER: You think she deserves everything?
Anthony shakes his head.
ANTHONY: This isn’t going to solve anything.
Amber grips the baseball bat tightly.
ANTHONY: Please, Amber. Put it down.
Anthony tries to move between Amber and the car. Amber refuses to stop. She moves around him and strikes the front windshield again. Anthony looks helplessly at the damaged car.
ANTHONY: Amber! Stop!
Denisha’s eyes begin to fill with tears. She looks at her new car. The excitement she had moments earlier is completely gone.
Scene 5 — Denisha’s Shock
Denisha slowly walks toward the car. She looks at the cracked and damaged windshield. Her hands begin to tremble. She turns toward Amber.
DENISHA: Why would you do this?
Amber doesn’t respond. Denisha looks at Anthony.
DENISHA: Anthony… this was the car you gave me.
Anthony’s expression becomes emotional. He steps toward Denisha.
ANTHONY: Denisha, I’m so sorry.
Denisha shakes her head. Tears begin rolling down her cheeks.
DENISHA: I was so happy when you gave it to me.
She looks back at the damaged windshield.
DENISHA: And now it’s destroyed.
Anthony tries to comfort her.
ANTHONY: Don’t worry. We’ll figure this out.
Denisha wipes away her tears. But she cannot hide how hurt and shocked she feels.
Scene 6 — The Confrontation
Anthony turns toward Amber. His expression is serious.
ANTHONY: Amber, this wasn’t right.
Amber looks at him. Her anger begins to fade slightly.
AMBER: I was angry.
ANTHONY: Being angry doesn’t give you the right to destroy someone else’s property.
Amber looks down at the baseball bat. For a moment, nobody speaks. Denisha stands beside the damaged car, still crying. Amber looks at Denisha. She finally realizes how badly her actions have affected her.
AMBER: Denisha…
Denisha doesn’t respond. She simply looks away. Anthony walks over to Denisha and stands beside her.
ANTHONY: Let’s go inside. You shouldn’t have to deal with this alone.
Denisha slowly nods. She takes one last look at her damaged car.
Scene 7 — Final Moment
Anthony and Denisha begin walking toward the house. Amber remains behind. She looks at the baseball bat in her hand. Then she looks at the damaged car. Her expression is no longer filled with anger. Instead, she looks conflicted and regretful.
The driveway becomes silent. Denisha wipes away another tear as she walks beside Anthony. The camera slowly pulls back. The damaged car remains in the foreground. Amber stands alone in the background.
