1. Anthony’s Promise

DNisha had always dreamed of becoming an important part of the podcast office. She did not want to remain just another employee. She wanted a position where everyone would respect her decisions and listen to her instructions.

One day, DNisha approached Anthony and decided to ask him for help. She looked at him confidently and said, “Anthony, please talk to your friend and get me the position of podcast manager. I know I can handle the job.”

Anthony looked at her for a moment and then smiled. Instead of refusing her request, he gave her an unexpected answer.

“Don’t worry, DNisha. You will be the podcast manager.”

DNisha was surprised. She could hardly believe what she had just heard. She wondered whether Anthony was simply trying to encourage her, but there was something very confident about the way he spoke.

DNisha thanked him and left, unaware that Anthony had already made arrangements that could completely change the atmosphere inside the podcast office.

2. DNisha Enters the Office

A few days later, DNisha walked into the podcast office with a completely different attitude. She was calm, confident, and seemed unusually sure of herself.

The girls were busy with their usual work. Some were talking to each other while others were checking their schedules and preparing for the next podcast recording.

DNisha walked into the center of the room and announced, “Everyone, listen to me. From today, I am the podcast manager.”

The entire room suddenly became silent.

The girls looked at one another in disbelief. Their expressions quickly changed from confusion to shock and anger.

One of them finally asked, “You? You’re the manager?”

DNisha calmly nodded.

“Yes. Me. And very soon, all of you will understand why I was given this position.”

Nobody seemed satisfied with her answer. Several of the girls had been working there for a long time, and they could not understand why DNisha had suddenly been placed above them.

3. “You Will Follow My Orders”

DNisha folded her arms and looked around the room. Her voice became colder and more authoritative.

“You will all find out very soon who gave me this authority.”

She paused before continuing.

“From now on, you will follow my orders. Anyone who refuses to cooperate with me will lose her job.”

The statement shocked everyone. A few girls immediately stood up from their seats.

One of them angrily asked, “Who gave you the right to talk to us like that?”

DNisha simply smiled.

“You will know soon enough.”

Her confidence only made the situation worse. The girls felt that DNisha was deliberately trying to humiliate them. Their frustration slowly turned into anger.

Nobody wanted to accept orders from someone who had suddenly appeared and claimed to be their manager.

4. The Situation Gets Out of Control

The atmosphere inside the office became extremely tense. The girls gathered together, exchanging angry looks.

One of them stepped forward and said, “We are not going to let you walk in here and start ordering everyone around.”

Another girl immediately supported her. Soon, all of them were standing together, facing DNisha.

DNisha remained where she was. She tried to maintain her confidence, but she could now see that the situation was becoming dangerous.

“Step back,” DNisha warned.

But the girls continued moving toward her. The shouting grew louder, and the tension in the room reached its limit.

For a moment, it looked as if the situation was about to turn into a physical confrontation.

Then suddenly— THE OFFICE DOOR BURST OPEN.

Everyone froze.

A man was standing in the doorway. His expression was serious, and his voice carried enough authority to silence the entire room.

5. “STOP!”

The man stepped inside and looked at everyone. His eyes moved from one girl to another before finally stopping on DNisha.

Then he shouted, “STOP!”

The room became completely silent. Nobody moved.

The girls looked nervous. DNisha also appeared surprised by his sudden arrival.

The man slowly walked toward the center of the room.

“Do you girls even know who gave DNisha the authority to manage this podcast?”

Nobody answered.

He placed a folder on the table.

“You have been judging her without knowing the truth.”

One of the girls looked at the folder suspiciously.

The man continued, “Everything you want to know is inside this file.”

DNisha stared at the folder. For the first time, her confident expression changed. It seemed as if she already knew what was written inside.

The girls slowly moved closer to the table. Nobody dared to open the folder.

Finally, the man placed his hand on it and said, “Once you read this, you will understand why DNisha is your manager—and you may never look at her the same way again.”
