Terry Finally Demands Answers

Terry had finally reached the point where he could no longer ignore the questions that had been bothering him for days. The biggest one was simple: where had the $25,000 gone?

The money was originally given to Sydney for Keke. Terry believed the money was supposed to be used for Keke’s needs, expenses, and anything else necessary to make sure she was properly taken care of. But as time passed, Terry started noticing that Sydney was becoming increasingly vague whenever he asked about the money.

That afternoon, Terry decided he was done waiting. He walked into the room already frustrated and immediately confronted Sydney.

Sydney looked at him calmly, almost as if she had been expecting the question. Instead of becoming nervous, she simply shrugged. Terry stared at her in disbelief.

“I’m asking you a serious question,” he said. “That was twenty-five thousand dollars. I need to know where it went.”

Sydney didn’t seem impressed by Terry’s anger. She remained completely relaxed, which only made Terry more frustrated.

Terry continued asking questions, trying to get a straight answer. He wanted to know how much had been spent, what it had been spent on, and why Sydney had never properly explained everything.

But Sydney finally gave him an answer that made Terry even angrier.

Terry froze. For a moment, he looked at Sydney as if he couldn’t believe what he had just heard.

“What do you mean, don’t worry about what you did with it?” Terry asked.

Sydney simply repeated that Terry had given her the money and therefore shouldn’t be questioning her about every dollar. That response pushed Terry’s patience to the limit.

The Argument Gets Worse

Terry began raising his voice, demanding that Sydney explain exactly where the money had gone. Terry wasn’t just angry about the amount; he was angry because he felt like Sydney was treating his generosity as though it meant he had no right to ask questions.

“You knew that money was for Keke!” Terry shouted. “I gave it to you because I trusted you to handle it responsibly!”

Sydney rolled her eyes and told him that he was making a bigger issue out of the situation than necessary. That only made Terry angrier.

He started pacing around the room, trying to control himself. He had already dealt with enough drama involving Libby and Kendrick, and now Sydney was giving him another reason to lose his patience.

Terry pointed toward Sydney and demanded that she show him some proof of how the money had been used. Sydney looked at him for a few seconds. Then, without saying much, she reached for a pile of receipts and papers.

Sydney Throws the Receipts

Terry expected Sydney to hand the receipts over so they could go through the expenses together. Instead, Sydney made the situation even more dramatic.

She threw several receipts and a few dollar bills directly toward Terry. The papers struck his face while several bills flew through the air and landed around the room.

Terry stood there stunned. For a second, he didn’t even know what to say.

Terry slowly looked down at the scattered receipts and money. His face showed a mixture of shock, frustration, and disbelief.

Sydney didn’t immediately respond.

Terry Finally Loses His Patience

Terry’s anger reached another level. He had been trying to get a simple explanation, but instead he felt like Sydney was mocking him.

He picked up one of the receipts and looked at it carefully.

Sydney insisted that she had already given him everything he needed. Terry shook his head. He couldn’t understand how a conversation about Keke’s money had turned into a full-blown argument.

The more Terry questioned her, the more defensive Sydney became. The more defensive Sydney became, the louder Terry got. Soon, the entire room was filled with shouting.

Terry eventually realized that the situation wasn’t going to be solved by yelling. He gathered several of the receipts from the floor and started looking through them one by one.

Some expenses appeared legitimate, while others left him with even more questions. Terry looked back at Sydney.
