Brooke’s Heartbreak: Where Is Isaiah?
1. A Heart Full of Fear
Brooke stepped through the front door slowly, looking emotionally exhausted. Her eyes were swollen from crying, and tears threatened to fall again as she stared into the quiet house.
But one thought continued repeating inside her mind: Where is Isaiah?
She could not accept the possibility that he had simply walked away from her. Something inside Brooke kept telling her that there had to be another explanation.
Maybe Isaiah was somewhere lost. Maybe he was trapped in a difficult situation. Maybe his phone was gone. Maybe something terrible had happened that prevented him from contacting her.
Whatever the reason, Brooke refused to believe that Isaiah had intentionally abandoned her.
2. Hope and Faith Close In
Before Brooke could collect herself, Hope and Faith appeared.
They moved toward her from opposite sides, deliberately closing the distance. Hope wore a cruel, confident smile, while Faith remained strangely calm, watching Brooke as though she already knew exactly how this conversation would end.
Brooke immediately sensed that something was wrong.
“Why are you both looking at me like that?” she asked, wiping a tear from her cheek.
Hope exchanged a knowing glance with Faith before slowly shaking her head.
“You really still don’t know?” Hope asked.
Brooke’s heart began pounding.
3. The Girl Nobody Mentioned
Hope stepped closer.
“Isaiah supposedly found someone new,” she said. “A Spanish-speaking girl. And apparently, he’s been spending nights at her house whenever her mother leaves for work.”
Brooke froze.
For several seconds, she could not even speak.
Then Hope delivered the part designed to hurt her the most.
“And he was supposedly caught inside the girl’s room while she was sleeping.”
Brooke’s face immediately collapsed with disbelief.
Her voice cracked as she desperately tried to defend the man she loved.
4. Brooke Refuses to Believe
Hope’s smile disappeared.
“You’re still defending him?” she snapped. “After everything we’re telling you?”
Brooke’s tears finally spilled over.
“Because I know Isaiah!” she shouted. “You don’t know what happened to him. None of you do!”
Faith remained silent.
That silence frightened Brooke more than Hope’s anger.
Faith simply smiled mysteriously, almost as if she were waiting for Brooke to discover something on her own.
Brooke pointed toward them.
“You’re doing this because you want revenge. You want to destroy my relationship with Isaiah!”
Hope stepped even closer.
“Maybe your relationship was already destroyed.”
5. “Who Will Save You Now?”
Hope and Faith exchanged another knowing look.
Then Hope leaned toward Brooke and delivered the words that made Brooke’s stomach drop.
Brooke stared at them in disbelief.
Destiny was gone. Isaiah was unreachable. And now Hope and Faith were standing directly in front of her, making her feel completely alone.
Brooke backed away until she felt the wall behind her.
Hope moved from one side.
Faith slowly moved from the other.
There was nowhere for Brooke to go.
6. Fear Versus Hope
Brooke covered her face as she began sobbing.
Every accusation echoed inside her head.
What if Isaiah really had chosen someone else?
What if Hope and Faith were telling the truth?
But another thought fought desperately against the fear.
Something happened to him.
Brooke lowered her hands and whispered, “He wouldn’t leave me like this.”
Faith’s mysterious smile suddenly faded.
For the first time, her expression looked less amused and more uncertain.
Brooke noticed.
“Why did you stop smiling?” she asked quietly.
Faith said nothing.
Hope immediately stepped between them.
7. The Message
Brooke’s sobs filled the room.
Yet somewhere beneath the heartbreak, a tiny spark of hope remained.
She still believed Isaiah could return. She still believed he could walk through that door, explain everything, and prove that the story Hope and Faith had told her was nothing but a cruel lie.
Then suddenly—
Brooke’s phone vibrated.
Everyone went silent.
Brooke slowly looked down at the screen.
The number was unknown.
Her hands trembled as she opened the message.
Brooke’s breathing stopped.
She looked up at Hope.
Then at Faith.
Faith’s mysterious expression had completely disappeared.
Hope suddenly looked frightened.
Brooke slowly whispered, “You two know something…”
And before either sister could answer, a second message appeared on Brooke’s phone:
“Isaiah is not where you think he is.”
Brooke’s eyes widened—because somewhere outside the house, a car door suddenly slammed shut.
