The Property Agreement That Changed Everything

Wayne and Anthony Arrive at Dave’s House

The atmosphere inside Dave’s house was calm until Wayne and Anthony suddenly arrived at the door. Amber welcomed them, but she immediately noticed that both men seemed unusually serious. Anthony was carrying an important-looking property agreement, while Wayne stood beside him as if he already knew exactly how everything was going to unfold.

Anthony placed the agreement in front of Amber and told her that all she needed to do was sign it. Amber looked confused and asked what the document was about. Wayne quickly tried to reassure her, saying that there was nothing for her to worry about and that signing the agreement would simply make things easier.

Amber hesitated. She looked at the papers carefully, clearly unsure about what she was being asked to sign. Before she could make a decision, Dave walked into the room.

Dave Takes the Agreement

Dave immediately noticed the document in Amber’s hands. His expression changed as he asked Amber what she was about to sign. Amber opened her mouth to explain, but before she could say anything, Dave took the agreement from her hands.

“I’ll read it myself,” Dave said firmly.

The room suddenly became quiet. Dave began reading every page carefully. At first, his expression was calm, but as he continued reading, his face slowly changed. His eyes widened, and his anger became impossible to hide.

Dave had discovered something that nobody had expected him to find.

Dave Discovers the Truth

According to the agreement, Amber was supposedly giving up her rights to the house and transferring the property into Anthony’s name. Dave could hardly believe what he was reading.

He looked at Amber in complete shock.

“Are you serious?” Dave asked angrily. “You’re actually about to sign this? Do you even understand what this agreement means?”

Amber looked nervous and tried to explain that she had not fully understood the document. But Dave was already furious. He turned toward Anthony and Wayne, realizing that they had brought Amber the agreement without making the consequences clear to her.

Dave’s anger grew even stronger when he realized that Amber could potentially lose her own home because of this agreement.

Dave Throws the Agreement at Anthony

Without thinking twice, Dave grabbed the agreement tightly in his hand. His face showed both anger and disbelief. He then threw the papers directly toward Anthony.

“Get out of my house!” Dave shouted.

Anthony froze. Wayne also stood there in complete shock.

Dave pointed toward both men and continued, “You two thought you could fool Amber? You wanted her to give away her own house without even realizing what she was signing!”

Anthony tried to respond, but Dave refused to listen.

“Amber is going to get her house back,” Dave declared. “And I promise you, I won’t let either of you take advantage of her again.”

Wayne and Anthony exchanged nervous looks. Neither of them had expected Dave to react this strongly.

Dave continued, “You both wanted to deceive Amber, but now I’ve seen everything. From this moment on, I’ll be watching both of you closely. You won’t get away with this.”

Amber’s Unexpected Reaction

Amber stood quietly as she watched Dave defend her. Instead of being frightened by his anger, she felt relieved. For the first time, she realized that Dave was willing to stand up for her when everyone else was trying to pressure her into making a decision she did not fully understand.

A small smile appeared on Amber’s face. She was genuinely happy to see Dave fighting to protect her home and her future.

Wayne noticed Amber’s reaction and looked even more uncomfortable. Anthony, meanwhile, was still staring at the agreement lying on the floor. His plan had completely fallen apart.

Dave looked at both men one final time and ordered them to leave. Wayne and Anthony had no choice but to step back, but their expressions suggested that this was not the end of the conflict.
