Amber Catches Dave Cheating With Elven
Amber had trusted Dave for a long time, but lately, something about him had changed.
He was always on his phone, coming home late, and finding excuses to leave the house.
Whenever Amber asked what was wrong, Dave acted like everything was perfectly normal.
One evening, Amber decided to surprise Dave by coming home earlier than usual.
She had no idea that the surprise would be hers.
As Amber entered the house, she immediately noticed how quiet it was. Dave’s shoes were near the bedroom door, but he wasn’t in the living room.
Amber: “Dave?”
There was no answer.
She walked farther into the house.
Then she heard laughter coming from the bedroom.
A woman’s voice followed.
Amber stopped. Her heart dropped. She immediately knew something wasn’t right.
Amber: “Who is that?”
Amber slowly walked toward the bedroom. With every step, she became more suspicious.
She reached the door and heard Dave talking.
Dave: “Elven, you know I’ve been wanting to spend time with you like this.”
Amber froze.
She recognized Dave’s voice immediately.
Amber: “Dave?”
She pushed the door open.
The Moment Amber Catches Them
What Amber saw made her completely speechless.
Dave was on the bed with Elven, and the two were sharing a romantic moment. Dave was smiling at Elven like he had completely forgotten about everything outside that room.
Elven suddenly noticed Amber standing in the doorway.
Elven: “Dave…”
Dave turned around.
His expression immediately changed.
Dave: “Amber?”
Amber stared at him.
For a few seconds, nobody moved.
Amber: “So this is why you’ve been acting different?”
Dave stood up quickly.
Dave: “Amber, please listen to me.”
Amber: “Listen to you? I came home early because I wanted to surprise you. Instead, you surprised me.”
Dave stepped toward her.
Dave: “It’s not what you think.”
Amber: “Then tell me what I’m supposed to think, Dave. I just watched my boyfriend romance another woman in our bedroom.”
Elven Reveals Dave’s Lie
Elven looked uncomfortable.
Elven: “Amber, I swear, I didn’t know…”
Amber: “You didn’t know what?”
Elven looked at Dave.
Elven: “You told me you and Amber weren’t together anymore.”
Amber’s eyes widened.
Amber: “You told her we broke up?”
Dave became silent.
Amber: “You couldn’t even tell me that we were finished?”
Dave finally spoke.
Dave: “Amber, things between us haven’t been good for a while.”
Amber: “That doesn’t answer my question.”
Dave: “I didn’t know how to tell you.”
Amber: “So you decided to cheat instead?”
Dave looked down.
Dave: “I know I handled it badly.”
Amber: “Badly? You lied to me. You lied to Elven. And you brought her into our bedroom.”
Elven slowly picked up her belongings.
Elven: “Dave, I think I should go.”
Amber: “You probably should.”
Elven walked toward the door.
Elven: “Amber, I honestly believed Dave was single.”
Amber: “Then he lied to both of us.”
Elven left the room.
Dave Tries to Explain Himself
Now Dave and Amber were alone.
The silence between them felt heavier than any argument.
Dave: “I’m sorry.”
Amber: “You’re sorry because I caught you.”
Dave: “No. I’m sorry because I hurt you.”
Amber shook her head.
Amber: “You had so many chances to be honest with me.”
Dave sat down on the edge of the bed.
Dave: “I thought my feelings had changed.”
Amber: “So why didn’t you leave?”
Dave didn’t answer.
Amber: “That’s what I don’t understand. If you didn’t love me anymore, you could have walked away. I would have been hurt, but at least I would have known the truth.”
Dave: “I was scared.”
Amber: “Scared of what?”
Dave: “Scared of being alone.”
Amber’s expression softened for a moment, but then she shook her head.
Amber: “You weren’t scared of being alone, Dave. You were scared of losing me while you were trying to find someone else.”
Dave remained silent.
Amber Decides to Leave
Amber walked toward the bedroom door.
Dave: “Where are you going?”
Amber: “I’m leaving.”
Dave: “Amber, please don’t do this.”
Amber: “You already did it, Dave.”
Dave stood up.
Dave: “I can fix this.”
Amber: “No, Dave. You can’t fix something you were never trying to protect.”
Dave’s face dropped.
Amber walked out of the bedroom.
The Shocking Message
Amber reached the front door and grabbed her phone.
Suddenly, a notification appeared.
She looked at the screen.
It was a message from an unknown number.
Unknown Number: “Amber, you think Elven is the only woman Dave has been seeing?”
Amber’s eyes widened.
Another message appeared.
Unknown Number: “You need to check his phone before you leave.”
Amber slowly turned around.
Dave was still standing in the bedroom doorway.
Dave: “What happened?”
Amber didn’t answer.
She looked at Dave’s phone lying on the bed.
Then she looked back at him.
Amber: “Dave… I just got a message.”
Dave: “What message?”
Amber picked up his phone.
Amber: “You tell me.”
Dave suddenly realized that the truth he had been hiding might finally be exposed.
Amber unlocked the phone.
And just as she opened the messages, she saw a name that made her stop breathing.
It wasn’t Elven.
Amber looked at Dave in disbelief.
Amber: “You’ve got to be kidding me.”
Dave didn’t say a word.
Amber stared at the screen.
Then another message arrived.
This time, it contained a photo.
Amber’s eyes widened.
Whatever she had believed about Dave until that moment was about to change forever.
