Anthony and Dave’s Secret Plan

For weeks, tension had been growing between Anthony, Dave, and Wayne. Anthony and Dave believed that Wayne had been using people’s personal secrets to pressure them and gain advantages for himself. Every time another private issue came to light, their suspicion of Wayne became stronger.

One evening, Anthony and Dave met near the lake to talk about everything that had happened. The area was quiet, and neither man wanted anyone else to hear their conversation. What started as a discussion about Wayne soon turned into a dangerous plan.

The Decision to Get Wayne Out of Their Lives

Dave told Anthony that if they wanted to move forward with their lives and finally have peace, Wayne had to be completely out of their lives. Dave accused Wayne of blackmailing people and taking advantage of their weaknesses.

Anthony listened carefully. After a long pause, he agreed with Dave that they needed to confront Wayne and make sure he could no longer interfere with them.

However, their anger was beginning to push them toward a decision they might later regret.

The Confrontation at the Lake

When Wayne arrived at the lakeside, Anthony and Dave confronted him. Wayne immediately noticed that something was wrong and asked why both men were acting so aggressively toward him.

The conversation quickly became heated. Anthony accused Wayne of using people’s private situations for his own benefit, while Wayne insisted that Anthony and Dave did not know the entire story.

The argument became increasingly tense. During the confrontation, Wayne ended up falling into the water. Anthony and Dave stood at the edge, shocked by how quickly the situation had escalated.

Wayne struggled to reach the dock while Anthony and Dave realized that their angry decision had created a situation far more serious than they had expected.

A Story to Hide the Truth

Anthony and Dave began discussing what they would say if anyone questioned them about what happened. Dave suggested creating a story that Wayne had gone near the water because he was upset about problems in his personal life.

Anthony agreed that they would need to tell the same story if the police became involved. They even considered blaming Wayne’s heartbreak for what had happened.

But there was one major problem: they had no idea whether Wayne was actually safe.

Wayne Suddenly Appears

Anthony and Dave were still discussing their plan when they suddenly heard footsteps behind them.

Both men immediately stopped talking.

They turned around—and Wayne was standing there.

Anthony’s expression changed instantly. Dave could barely say a word. Neither of them could understand how Wayne had managed to return.

Wayne stared at both men for several seconds. His expression suggested that he had heard at least part of their conversation.

Dave looked at Anthony, and Anthony looked back at Dave. They suddenly realized that their biggest problem was no longer what they were going to tell the police.

The real question was: How much had Wayne heard?

The Biggest Twist

Wayne slowly walked toward them and told them that he had something to reveal that could change everything.

Anthony and Dave remained completely silent.

Wayne pulled out his phone and turned the screen toward them.

A recording was playing.

Dave’s expression changed immediately.

Anthony stared at the phone in disbelief and asked, “When did you get this recording?”

Wayne simply looked at them and replied:

“While you thought I was gone, I was already one step ahead of you.”

Anthony and Dave exchanged a nervous glance.

Now one question remained: How much evidence did Wayne have—and had he already sent the recording to someone else?
