The Hotel Confrontation

THE HOTEL CONFRONTATION

THE UNEXPECTED VISITOR

The house was quiet when Wayne finally sat down with Anthony. His face was tense, and the anger in his eyes was impossible to hide.

WAYNE:
Dan came to my house today.

Anthony immediately looked concerned.

ANTHONY:
Dan? What did he want?

Wayne explained everything that had happened. Dan had arrived without warning and acted as though he had every right to be there.

Wayne’s voice became colder as he remembered the encounter.

WAYNE:
He crossed a line, Anthony. I don’t want him showing up at my house again.

A DECISION IN THE DARK

Anthony slowly stood from his chair. He could see that Wayne was still angry.

ANTHONY:
Did he threaten you?

WAYNE:
Not directly. But the way he behaved was enough.

Wayne walked toward the window and stared into the night.

WAYNE:
We both need to meet Dan and talk to him.

Anthony studied Wayne’s expression.

ANTHONY:
You want to meet him face-to-face?

WAYNE:
Yes. He needs to understand the boundary.

THE INVITATION

Wayne picked up his phone and typed a short message.

He invited Dan to the hotel for dinner.

Anthony watched silently as Wayne sent the invitation.

ANTHONY:
Do you really think he’ll come?

Wayne placed the phone on the table.

WAYNE:
He’ll come.

A long silence followed.

Neither man knew how the evening would end, but both understood that the meeting could change everything.

THE HOTEL ARRIVAL

Later that evening, the hotel was filled with warm golden lights and quiet conversations.

Wayne stood near the entrance with Anthony.

The elevator doors opened.

Dan stepped into the lobby.

He looked around before noticing Wayne and Anthony waiting for him.

Dan slowly approached.

DAN:
Wayne.

WAYNE:
Dan. Thanks for coming.

Dan glanced toward Anthony. The atmosphere immediately became uncomfortable.

THE WARNING

Wayne remained calm, but his eyes were serious.

WAYNE:
Before dinner, there’s something we need to discuss.

Dan frowned.

DAN:
What is this about?

Wayne stepped closer.

WAYNE:
My house.

Dan’s expression changed.

WAYNE:
We need to make sure you never come to my house again.

Dan looked at Anthony.

The silence between them grew heavier.

THE SILENT CONFRONTATION

Anthony stepped toward Dan.

Dan barely had time to react.

Anthony grabbed Dan by the throat without saying a word.

Dan’s eyes widened in shock.

The lobby suddenly seemed completely silent.

Wayne stared at Anthony, realizing how quickly the situation had escalated.

Dan struggled to pull Anthony’s hand away.

DAN:
Anthony… let go.

Anthony remained silent, his expression filled with anger.

Wayne stepped forward.

WAYNE:
Dan, listen carefully.

Anthony finally released him.

Dan stepped backward, touching his neck.

THE FINAL BOUNDARY

Dan stared at Wayne and Anthony. His anger was obvious, but he knew the conversation had reached its limit.

WAYNE:
You don’t come to my house again.

Dan clenched his fists.

DAN:
You think you can intimidate me?

Wayne remained calm.

WAYNE:
No. I’m telling you the boundary.

Dan looked toward the hotel doors.

WAYNE:
Stay away from my house. Don’t show up unexpectedly. Don’t cross that line again.

Dan finally turned away.

DAN:
Fine.

He walked toward the exit.

The hotel doors closed behind him.

Wayne looked at Anthony.

ANTHONY:
Do you think he’ll listen?

Wayne watched the closed doors.

WAYNE:
I don’t know.

He paused.

WAYNE:
But he knows where we stand now.

The two men walked slowly into the hotel restaurant.

Outside, Dan disappeared into the night.

FADE OUT.
