🔥 PURNELL EXPLODES ON LARRY AFTER LEARNING JADE KISSED HIM IN VEGAS! 🔥
Purnell invites Larry to join him on a road trip to Vegas. Their plan is to pick up Jade and bring her back to Atlanta. However, Larry has serious concerns about Purnell’s relationship and wants to warn him before he makes a major mistake.
THE VEGAS JOURNEY BEGINS
Purnell approaches Larry and explains his travel plans. He expects Larry to accompany him, but Larry already knows that this trip could turn into another argument about Jade.
PURNELL:
Larry, I need you to come with me to Vegas. We’re going to drive there together, pick up Jade, and bring her back to Atlanta.
LARRY:
You want me to drive all the way to Vegas just to pick up Jade? I still have concerns about your relationship with her.
PURNELL:
Here we go again! I’m happy with Jade. I don’t understand why you keep trying to convince me that she’s not the right woman for me.
Larry refuses to give up. He believes Purnell is rushing into marriage without knowing everything about Jade. Purnell, however, is convinced that Larry is interfering in his personal life.
LARRY REVEALS JADE’S SECRET
LARRY:
There’s something I haven’t told you. When Jade and I were in Vegas, she kissed me. That’s one of the reasons I’ve been warning you about marrying her.
Purnell immediately turns toward Larry. His expression changes as he tries to understand what he has just heard. He never expected Larry to reveal something so shocking about Jade.
PURNELL:
What did you just say? Are you seriously telling me that Jade kissed you? Why would she do something like that?
LARRY:
I’m telling you the truth. I don’t think Jade is the woman you believe she is. You need to think carefully before marrying her.
PURNELL LOSES HIS TEMPER!
Purnell becomes furious. He cannot understand why Larry waited so long to reveal this information. His anger continues growing until he finally punches Larry during their confrontation.
PURNELL:
You’re lying to me, Larry! I don’t believe a word you’re saying! Just because Bethany isn’t giving you what you want doesn’t mean you should keep your eyes on Jade!
LARRY:
What does Bethany have to do with this? I’m talking about you and Jade. I’m trying to tell you something that could affect your entire future!
PURNELL:
No! You’re trying to destroy my relationship because you want Jade for yourself. That’s why you’ve been telling me not to marry her!
Larry is shocked that Purnell has misunderstood his intentions. He insists that he is only trying to protect his friend, but Purnell refuses to accept his explanation.
LARRY DEFENDS HIMSELF
LARRY:
If I wanted to hide this from you, I could have kept my mouth shut. I’m telling you because you’re my friend. You deserve to know what happened before making a lifelong commitment.
PURNELL:
Then why wait until now? Why tell me while we’re driving to Vegas to pick her up? Something about this doesn’t make sense!
Larry explains that he has repeatedly tried to make Purnell reconsider the marriage. He believes Jade might not be completely honest, and the kiss has only strengthened his concerns.
LARRY:
I’m asking you to think carefully. Don’t ignore what I’m telling you just because you love her. I don’t want to see you regret this marriage.
PURNELL:
Stay out of my relationship, Larry! When we get to Vegas, I’m going to talk to Jade myself. I want to hear her side of the story!
THE BIGGEST CONFRONTATION IS STILL AHEAD!
