Brooke Chooses Isaiah

SCENE 1 — SHARRA’S HOUSE — EVENING
The house is unusually quiet. Brooke stands near the window, trying to hold back her tears. Sharra has already made her feelings clear, but Brooke knows that she cannot stay trapped in the same situation anymore.
Brooke slowly takes out her phone. Her hands are shaking as she searches for Isaiah’s number. After a moment of hesitation, she finally presses CALL.
“Brooke? What’s wrong? Why are you calling me like this?”
“Isaiah, please… come and take me away from here. I don’t want to stay here anymore. I want to be with you.”
Isaiah becomes completely silent. He realizes that Brooke is not joking. She has made a serious decision.
“You really want to leave with me?”
“Yes. I’m sure. I want to be with you.”
SCENE 2 — ISAIAH MAKES HIS DECISION
Isaiah immediately starts preparing for the trip. He checks the next available flight and books it. There is no hesitation in his expression.
He grabs his bag, picks up his phone, and heads toward the door. His mind is made up.
“I’m not leaving Brooke there.”
The door closes behind him as Isaiah begins his journey to Sharra’s house.
SCENE 3 — THE NEXT DAY
The next day, Sharra is inside the house when a sudden knock comes from the front door. She looks confused and slowly walks toward it.
Sharra opens the door and freezes.
Isaiah is standing there with his luggage.
“Isaiah?”
“I’m here for Brooke.”
Sharra’s expression immediately changes. She steps in front of the doorway.
“You came all the way here for her?”
“She called me. She asked me to come.”
Brooke slowly walks toward the doorway. She knows this moment could change everything.
SCENE 4 — THE CONFRONTATION
Sharra looks directly at Brooke, hoping she will change her mind.
“Brooke, what are you doing?”
“I told him I want to go with him.”
“No. You’re not leaving like this.”
Isaiah’s patience begins to disappear. He steps forward, making it clear that he is not going to let anyone force Brooke to stay.
“I’m not taking her against her will. She called me because she wants to leave.”
“Brooke, please think about what you’re doing.”
“I already thought about it. I want to be with him.”
SCENE 5 — SHARRA TRIES TO STOP THEM
Brooke quickly gathers her belongings. Sharra follows them toward the door, desperately trying to convince them to stay.
“Isaiah, please. Don’t do this.”
“You had your chance to understand her. She made her choice.”
Sharra turns toward Brooke. Her voice becomes softer.
“You’re really choosing Isaiah?”
“Yes.”
Brooke walks outside with Isaiah. Sharra follows them, but Isaiah is already too angry to listen.
SCENE 6 — THE FINAL GOODBYE
Outside the house, Sharra makes one final attempt to stop Isaiah.
“Isaiah, please listen to me!”
“I’ve heard enough.”
“I’m just trying to protect her.”
“Brooke can make her own decisions.”
“I’m not being forced to do anything. I’m leaving because I want to.”
Sharra realizes that she has lost the argument. She watches as Isaiah opens the car door for Brooke.
SCENE 7 — THE ROAD TO PHILLY
The car moves down the highway. Brooke looks through the window while Isaiah keeps his eyes on the road. After a long silence, he finally looks at her.
“Are you okay?”
“I am now.”
Isaiah reaches for her hand. Brooke holds it tightly.
“You know this changes everything, right?”
“I know. But I’m ready.”
SCENE 8 — PHILLY — NIGHT
Hours later, Isaiah and Brooke finally arrive in Philly. The city lights shine around them. Brooke steps out of the car and looks around.
“So this is our new beginning?”
“Our new beginning.”
Brooke smiles. For the first time, she feels that she has finally made a decision for herself.
“I was scared to make this decision.”
“But you made it.”
“And I chose you.”
SCENE 9 — SHARRA’S HOUSE — SAME NIGHT
Back at Sharra’s house, everything is silent. Sharra stands near the window, staring at the empty driveway.
She remembers the moment Isaiah and Brooke walked away. Her eyes fill with tears.
“I never thought it would end like this.”
She slowly sits down. The house feels completely different without Brooke. Sharra looks at her phone, but there are no new messages.
SCENE 10 — A NEW BEGINNING
In Philly, Isaiah and Brooke stand together outside their new place. The night is peaceful, and for the first time, Brooke feels hopeful about the future.
“No matter what happens next, I don’t want to run away again.”
“You won’t have to.”
“Then let’s start our life.”
“Together.”
Isaiah takes Brooke’s hand. Together, they walk inside.
The door closes behind them. Their new life has officially begun.
