Brooke Sends Isaiah a Dance Video

Brooke Sends Isaiah a Dance Video to Make Him Jealous

One TikTok changes the mood — and Brooke decides to answer without saying a word.
Brooke had been scrolling through TikTok when a video suddenly caught her attention. She stopped immediately when she saw Isaiah and Mariah dancing together. The video was playful, but to Brooke, it felt like more than that. She watched it twice, studying their expressions and the way they seemed completely comfortable around each other.
For a few seconds, Brooke said nothing. She simply stared at her phone, trying to figure out whether Isaiah had posted the video intentionally or whether someone else had recorded them.
Cameron: “What’s wrong?”
Brooke: “Look at this.”
Cameron watched the video and immediately understood why Brooke was upset. Brooke shook her head and tried to convince herself that she would not let the TikTok ruin her day.
Brooke: “I’m not going to let them ruin my day.”
But deep down, Brooke was bothered. She knew getting angry would only give Isaiah the reaction he might be expecting. Instead, she started thinking about another way to respond.
Brooke suddenly remembered the dance video she had made with Cameron.
Brooke: “Do you remember that dance video we made?”
Cameron: “The one you said you weren’t going to post?”
Brooke: “Exactly. I’m sending this to Isaiah.”
Cameron hesitated. He knew Brooke was probably reacting emotionally, but Brooke was determined. She opened her gallery and found the dance video. It showed her and Cameron dancing together, laughing and enjoying themselves.
Cameron: “Are you sure that’s a good idea?”
Brooke: “I’m not angry. I’m just reminding him that I’m doing perfectly fine too.”
Brooke opened WhatsApp and searched for Isaiah’s name. She selected the dance video and paused for a moment before pressing send.
The video was sent.
Brooke: “There. Now we wait.”
A few minutes passed. Brooke tried to act casual, but she kept checking her phone. Finally, her screen lit up. Isaiah had seen the video.
Cameron: “And?”
Brooke: “No response yet.”
Meanwhile, Isaiah was staring at his phone. He had expected Brooke to react to the TikTok with anger, but he had not expected her to send him a video of herself dancing with Cameron.
Mariah: “What’s wrong?”
Isaiah: “Nothing.”
Mariah noticed that something was clearly bothering him. Isaiah finally admitted that Brooke had sent him a video.
Mariah: “What kind of video?”
Isaiah: “Her and Cameron dancing.”
Mariah: “She sent that to make you jealous.”
Isaiah did not respond. Instead, he opened the video again. Back at Brooke’s house, Cameron watched her pace around the room.
Cameron: “You’re thinking about messaging him again, aren’t you?”
Brooke: “No.”
Cameron: “You’re terrible at pretending you don’t care.”
Brooke laughed. She admitted that she cared a little, but she was determined not to chase Isaiah. She had already made her point.
Brooke: “I’m not going to chase him.”
The silence between Brooke and Isaiah said more than any message could.
Brooke placed her phone on the table and decided to move on with her evening. Isaiah had posted his TikTok with Mariah, and Brooke had responded by showing him that she could create her own moment without him.
Neither of them wanted to admit how much the other’s actions affected them. But one thing was becoming clear: this was no longer just about a TikTok video.
It was about pride, jealousy, and who would react first.
