Brooke Confronts Isaiah’s New Girlfriend
💔👀 She saw them from her window before they even reached the door — and by the time Isaiah said her name, Brooke already knew everything had changed.

The Quiet Before

The afternoon is quiet around Brooke’s house. A soft breeze moves through the trees as Brooke stands near the front window, casually looking outside.

Then she notices three people approaching. Her expression immediately changes. Isaiah is walking with Hope and Faith. But there is someone else with them — a girl Brooke has never seen before.

Brooke narrows her eyes. She steps away from the window and heads toward the front door.

BROOKE: Who is that girl?

Brooke watches them get closer. Her confusion slowly turns into anger. She opens the door and steps outside.

BROOKE: Isaiah!

The three of them stop. Hope and Faith exchange a quick look. The new girl looks uncomfortable as Brooke walks toward them. Brooke stops a few feet away, her eyes fixed on the unfamiliar girl.

Who Is She?

BROOKE: Who is she?

Faith takes a breath. She knows this conversation is not going to end quietly.

FAITH: Brooke, calm down.

Brooke shakes her head.

BROOKE: Don’t tell me to calm down. I asked you a question.

Hope steps forward.

HOPE: Brooke, this is Isaiah’s new girlfriend.

Silence. Brooke stares at the girl. For a moment, she doesn’t say anything. The words seem to hit her harder than she expected.

BROOKE: His… new girlfriend?

FAITH: Yes.

Brooke looks toward Isaiah. He avoids her eyes. Her expression becomes more hurt and frustrated.

BROOKE: So this is what you brought to my house?

Isaiah finally looks at her.

ISAIAH: Brooke, I didn’t come here to start an argument.

BROOKE: Then why did you come here with her?

Isaiah pauses. Hope tries to keep the situation from escalating.

HOPE: Brooke, just listen for a second.

BROOKE: Listen to what? That Isaiah has already moved on?

The Breaking Point

The new girlfriend quietly steps back. She clearly doesn’t want to become part of the argument. But Brooke notices her movement and walks toward her.

BROOKE: You.

The girl stops.

ISAIAH’S NEW GIRLFRIEND: Me?

Brooke’s voice becomes sharper.

BROOKE: Yes. You. How dare you come here after taking Isaiah away from me?

Isaiah immediately steps forward.

ISAIAH: Brooke, stop. This isn’t her fault.

BROOKE: Not her fault?

She lets out a frustrated laugh.

BROOKE: You’re standing here with another girl, and you’re telling me this isn’t her fault?

ISAIAH: I made my own choice.

Those words leave Brooke stunned. She looks at Isaiah for a long moment. Then she turns back toward the new girlfriend. Her emotions overwhelm her. Brooke grabs the girl’s collar with both hands. The girl immediately looks shocked.

ISAIAH’S NEW GIRLFRIEND: Brooke, let go!

Hope steps forward.

HOPE: Brooke! Stop!

Faith points toward Brooke, visibly angry.

FAITH: Let go of her collar!

Brooke refuses to release her. Her hands remain firmly at the collar, while everyone around her tries to calm the situation.

BROOKE: How dare you? You had the nerve to take Isaiah away from me!

The new girlfriend looks frightened and confused.

ISAIAH’S NEW GIRLFRIEND: I didn’t take anyone from you.

BROOKE: Don’t lie to me!

Isaiah steps closer.

ISAIAH: Brooke, enough!

Brooke turns toward him without letting go.

BROOKE: Isaiah is mine!

Everyone goes silent. Brooke’s eyes fill with emotion.

BROOKE: He belongs with me. He can’t belong to anyone else!

Isaiah looks deeply frustrated.

ISAIAH: Brooke, I’m not something you own.

Letting Go

That statement changes the atmosphere. Brooke freezes for a moment. Faith lowers her hand but keeps her eyes on Brooke.

FAITH: Brooke, you need to let her go.

BROOKE: You don’t understand what I’m going through.

Faith responds firmly.

FAITH: I understand that you’re hurt. But this isn’t the way to handle it.

Hope moves beside Faith.

HOPE: Brooke, please. Just let go and talk.

Brooke looks back at Isaiah’s new girlfriend. Her anger is still obvious, but there is also disappointment in her expression. Slowly, she realizes everyone is watching. The girl gently tries to step away. Brooke finally releases her collar. The new girlfriend immediately steps back. Isaiah moves between them.

ISAIAH: That’s enough.

BROOKE: So you’re really choosing her?

Isaiah takes a breath.

ISAIAH: I’m choosing to make my own decisions.

Brooke’s eyes become watery, but she refuses to look away.

BROOKE: After everything between us?

Isaiah remains silent. That silence hurts Brooke more than anything he could have said. Hope looks at Brooke sympathetically.

HOPE: Brooke, you need to accept that things have changed.

BROOKE: No. I don’t accept this.

Faith steps forward.

FAITH: You don’t have to like it. But you have to respect his choice.

Brooke looks from Faith to Isaiah. Then her eyes settle on the new girlfriend. For a moment, nobody speaks. The tension hangs heavily in the air. Finally, Brooke steps back.

BROOKE: This isn’t over.

Isaiah looks at her seriously.

ISAIAH: Brooke, don’t make this worse.

Brooke turns away. She walks toward her house, still visibly upset. Hope and Faith exchange concerned looks. Isaiah remains standing with his new girlfriend.

The new girlfriend looks toward Brooke’s house.

ISAIAH’S NEW GIRLFRIEND: Is she always like this?

Isaiah sighs.

ISAIAH: No. She’s hurt.

Inside the house, Brooke reaches the doorway and stops. She looks back one last time. She sees Isaiah standing beside his new girlfriend. Her face falls. Brooke slowly closes the door. Outside, Isaiah watches the door disappear behind her.

The confrontation is over. But the tension between Brooke, Isaiah, and his new girlfriend has only just begun.
