It was a quiet afternoon, but something felt strangely different.

Dan had been following Wayne for a while. He stayed far enough away so Wayne wouldn’t notice him, watching every move carefully.

Eventually, Dan stopped outside Wayne’s house and waited.

He stood quietly near the street, keeping himself hidden. His eyes remained fixed on Wayne’s front door.

Minutes passed.

Then, finally, the front door opened.

Wayne stepped outside and walked toward his car. He had no idea Dan was watching him.

Wayne got into his car and drove away.

Dan immediately followed. He kept his distance, making sure Wayne wouldn’t realize someone was behind him.

After driving for some time, Wayne suddenly turned onto a quiet road. There were barely any people around.

He stopped his car.

Wayne stepped out and took out his phone. He seemed relaxed as he began recording a video.

For a moment, everything was completely silent.

But then Dan appeared behind him.

Wayne suddenly heard footsteps and turned around.

A confrontation followed, and Wayne fell to the ground.

Neither of them noticed that someone was approaching from the other side of the road.

It was Amber.

Amber was simply passing through when she heard the commotion.

She slowed down.

Then she saw someone lying on the ground.

Amber immediately became frightened and ran toward them.

Her heart dropped.

Wayne was on the ground.

Amber froze for a few seconds, completely shocked by what she was seeing.

Then she looked at Dan.

He was standing there angrily.

Amber took a small step backward. She was scared.

But then something unexpected happened.

A strange smile slowly appeared on Amber’s face.

Dan stared at her, confused.

Amber looked at Wayne and quietly said:

She looked down at Wayne again.

“He embarrassed me before. He made me feel like I had nothing left. And now… seeing him like this…”

Dan looked straight at Amber.

Dan was arrested, while another officer immediately called for medical help for Wayne.

Wayne was taken to the hospital.

Amber stood beside the road, watching the ambulance disappear.

For the first time, her strange smile was gone.

She looked worried.
